Thank you for shopping with UHUD Perfumes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable).
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution such as:

Replacement product
Store credit
Refund

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Opened or used perfume products
Personal care items that have been opened
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Customized or special-order items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.

If your return is approved:

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged or incorrect item).
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
