• Orders placed before the cut-off time on business days enter processing the same day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on Canadian public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

Processing time refers to order verification, payment confirmation, and preparation prior to shipment.

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days
• Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Handling Time

Handling time includes packaging, quality inspection, and transfer of the shipment to the shipping carrier.

• Handling Time: 1–2 business days after processing is completed.

Once handling is finished, the order is dispatched and tracking details are provided via email.

Transit Time (Delivery Time)

• Transit time begins after the shipping carrier receives the package.
• Estimated Transit Time: 3–9 business days within Canada.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, location, or high shipping volume periods.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order details.

• Orders below $100: Shipping fee $4.99
